Launched in November 2004, the academic version of Google. Google Scholar enables searches to be performed on university works: articles reviewed by reading panels, theses, books, analytical resumes and articles. Google offers a version of its search engine dedicated to health (only available in English). Still in a test phase, Google Health wants to add to the basic performances of the search engine a certain number of reference organizations from the world of health care: Medscape, Cismef of the Rouen University Health Center, US National Library of Medicine, Centers for Diseases Control and Prevention, Mayo Clinic, KidsHealth, Cleveland clinic and DrWeil.com. Great names from the medical internet. |
